I honestly don't know where to start when telling about my day. well, I actually managed to sleep for 4 hours before having to go to work... I ended up working overtime considering the worker that works the final shift was sick. I didn't realize that there was to be a performance tonight. But I had the chance to see a nice performance by Shevy Smith (www.shevysmith.com). She's so beautiful and talented. I'm so ugly and shy... I had started writing a song concerning "sport" hunting, but stopped when I found out my friend's pet rat had died. This had upset me, but I guess it shouldn't have because I got ranted and chewed out about it.

I sent Shevy some emails hoping she'll respond. I'll see what goes down today, I guess. Hopefully, it will be less eventful...... I need a vacation.

Central Illinois Furry Gathering is open

I just started a Yahoo group as recommended....anyone near the central Illinois area can join. For example, Springfield, Bloomington/Normal, Peoria, Champaign/Urbana, Mason City, Lincoln, etc.

Well, I've been trying to customize my journal...I thought I had it the way I wanted it, but I hated the darn smiley faces, and I wanted the foxes.

The only way to do that was to go to the old style. So I did. Then I found myself trying to change around the formatting to get it the way I liked it...I got close, but not as good as I got with the new style. Then came the issue with the colors...I found out after trial and error that I can't set custom colors....I have to pick one of the sets.

After all is said and done....my journal looks worse than when I started, but I have the foxies now.
